Delightful riverside location, well equipped and comfortable flat, short walk from historic town centre. Ideal for 2 people for a couple of days. Enjoyed watching seabirds and easy access to Rye Harbour and river estuary. Welcoming bottle of prosecco was a nice touch.
Felt safe, nothing to complain about.

This hidden gem exceeded our expectations. The pictures didn't do it justice; it was even nicer inside and the deck was absolutely stunning. We spent every morning soaking up the sun and enjoying the mesmerizing view of the tide going in and out. The apartment was impeccably clean and had everything we needed. The welcome pack was a lovely surprise, filled with helpful instructions, local recommendations, and even some prosecco! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the town center and a quick drive to beautiful sites like Camber Sands and Bodiam Castle. We couldn't have asked for more!
The lack of a washing machine. The portable one provided didn't work at all, and it would've been convenient for longer stays.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, including a welcome pack and a comprehensive list of amenities. The location was ideal, with an easy walk to the charming town center of Rye and convenient access to beautiful nature reserves, beaches, and castles.
Limited instructions and unresponsive communication with the owners about the heating system.

The proximity to London Gatwick Airport was absolutely marvelous. I just love the thrill of the noise and the constant flow of airplanes. It truly enhanced my peaceful riverside experience.
Oh, how I adored playing Frogger on the busy A259 to get to town, with no pedestrian crossing in sight. Such a thrilling start to my day!

We had an incredible time exploring the cycling routes in the area surrounding 3 Tidal. We hopped on our bikes and pedaled through picturesque trails, passing by charming villages and taking in the beautiful countryside. It was such a delightful way to see the sights and enjoy the fresh air.
My children wanted a playground nearby for some additional outdoor fun.

I recently stayed at a lovely riverside apartment for a couple of days and it exceeded my expectations. The interior was even nicer than the photos suggested, and the deck overlooking the water was absolutely gorgeous. It was a perfect spot to enjoy the sun and watch the tide go in and out. The apartment was very clean and well appointed, and I was pleasantly surprised by the welcome pack provided. The instructions and local recommendations were also very helpful. The location was ideal, just a short walk away from the historic town center of Rye. Additionally, there were many beautiful sites within driving distance, such as a nature reserve, Camber Sands, and Bodiam Castle.
If I had stayed for a longer period, having a washing machine would have been great. The portable one provided didn't work at all, and I think there could have been space for a slimline one next to the dishwasher.

The location, overlooking the water, was jaw-dropping and provided a perfect spot to relax with a glass of wine. The short walk into the town center was super convenient, and there were plenty of opportunities for cycling and exploring the beautiful surroundings. The welcoming bottle of prosecco was a delightful surprise, and the well-appointed apartment made us feel right at home. The provided book of instructions and local recommendations was a great bonus. Plus, the availability of Wi-Fi and free parking added to the overall convenience. It was also great that the apartment was pet-free and a non-smoking area. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!
